Infopeople.org: A federally funded library training project out of California, Infopeople has hundreds of extremely relevant webinars, and many archived webinars with big-name presenters.

Cooperative Children’s Book Center provides distance learning, webinars, live workshops around the state
The iSchool at UW-Madison has some online CE offerings, conferences, and other options, also the 4 core courses required for certification
