New MORE Support Specialist at IFLS

Jackee Johnson, currently ILS Administrator at Northern Waters Library Service, has been hired as the new MORE Support Specialist. Jackee’s start date will be January 6, following Kathy Setter’s retirement. Jackee will be working closely with library staff and directors to provide training and support on all aspects of MORE operations, including using Sierra. Jackee brings a wealth of experience from NWLS as well as IFLS and 3 MORE-member libraries. Welcome, Jackee!

Data Dashboard pilot extended to June 30, 2025 All library staff are encouraged to utilize this free tool! The dashboard includes over 35 data points from the Annual Report, as well as some customized calculations. All public library service data (as reported to DPI)...
