Due to a forthcoming retirement, IFLS Library System is seeking an individual to fill a full-time MORE Support Specialist position. MORE is a resource-sharing and ILS consortium of more than 50 member libraries in Western Wisconsin. Duties include providing high-quality, timely support and training in all aspects of the MORE system to member library personnel individually and in group settings and maintaining MORE’s operational documentation. A well-qualified candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills; an aptitude for providing supportive instruction; experience with library automation systems; and a commitment to modern, progressive public library services.

This position is 35 hours per week in-person at the IFLS Library System office, 1538 Truax Blvd. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with the possibility for remote work in the future. Travel within the IFLS service area will be required. The starting wage is $32 per hour and includes health insurance; retirement; and holiday, vacation, and sick time benefits.
