Keeping Up With Kids

The children’s area at the Hudson Public Library had a very popular puppet stage, made of a large cardboard box, that delighted children for many seasons before it got too ragged.  Enter a heroic young Boy Scout, working on his Eagle Scout badge. He started a new child-size stage from scratch and progressed very well with the guiding help of his father and other men from the scout troop. The local Daybreak Rotary Club financed him with a little help from parents.
Not surprisingly, the children love it.  Doesn’t it make your fingers itch for a puppet on your hand??
