Infopeople.org: A federally funded library training project out of California, Infopeople has hundreds of extremely relevant webinars, and many archived webinars with big-name presenters.
Maine State Library CE Calendar is updated monthly with continuing education offerings from around the country, some paid and many free.

UW Madison iSchool’ Continuing Education Department has a robust offering of continuing education courses, webinar series, virtual and in-person conferences, as well as the 4 core courses required for Grade 2 and 3 public library director certification. Most offerings have a cost associated with them.

Degree Programs
Chippewa Valley Technical College has an Associate’s Degree in Library and Information Services. It is possible to complete just the four core courses for Grade 2 and 3 public library director certification, as well.
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Information Studies has a Master’s Degree, as well as Undergraduate Degree in Information Studies
University of Wisconsin-Madison iSchool has a Master’s Degree program as well as the continuing education programs referenced above.
