Appointy (Eau Claire)
Setmore Free version (Hammond)
Time Slots plugin for Word Press (St. Croix Falls)
And Anne recommends Divi Contact Form Module. Here is the video tutorial if you don’t like what Google does for you. You can make this module do just what Google Forms does for you and stylize it. It will send entries to whatever email you desire. It does not generate an excel spreadsheet as well as Google Forms though.
Libraries Step Up: getting the word out
Four library systems (OWLS, Nicolet, Bridges and IFLS) are collaborating with a postcard initiative to let legislators know how libraries have been supporting people in their communities during the pandemic. This initiative is in response to the misperception that libraries have been closed in 2020. We’ll have a big push around Library Legislative Day (Feb 16-18), and will continue right through budget listening sessions this spring.
Each library will be receiving postcards and flyers next week. We’re asking libraries to participate enthusiastically. We know this is a big ask, so we’ve put together a toolkit, developed by Chad Glamann (OWLS), that will give you plenty of resources to successfully implement this in your community. The digital toolkit page is up, if you’d like to take a look. As always, please contact Reb if you need assistance.
