State & Local Assistance Resources
West Cap: West Cap provides services to the following counties: Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, and St. Croix. They offer help to low income families inrural communities with adult education programs, energy assistance, food access and resources, housing and rent assistance, JumpStart car loan program, affordable rental properties and weatherization.
