Keeping Up With Kids

Ooops. I just spent longer than I meant to exploring the author programs on TeachingBooks.net. I didn’t mean to, but I devoured an interview with Lois Lowry and then gobbled up an author’s readers theatre of Love That Dog (by Sharon Creech), read by Sharon Creech, Avi, Walter Dean Myers and Sarah Weeks. Now I have tears at the corners of my eyes.

This is an awesome resource. We have access to it in Wisconsin, thanks to Badgerlink. Don’t forget to publicize it to teachers, kids, homeschoolers, and take the time to treat yourself to a little visit. Just don’t forget to bring the tissues.
