Please update outdated Library Love Story links!

If your library website has last year’s blurb for Library Love Story, these are NOT auto updated! Please change the link to: Library Love Story – Fill out form. If you need help, submit a HelpDesk ticket. Thank you!

Please stagger those New Richmond bins

Between the weather and Purple Mountain staffing issues, please help our courier drivers by spacing out those bins for New Richmond that you’ve been holding onto. In case you need it, their new name and address are: New Richmond Community Library, 450 S Arch Avenue, New Richmond, WI 54017.

Updated or new on the website

  • Paula at Eau Claire asked for a spot on the MORE Libraries app quick start guide to write down the barcode number, because usually they’re handing these out to people who don’t have their card. It’s updated in both the toolkit and in the Resource Portal.
  • Resources for law-enforcement interactions from the DPI has been updated. You can link to the information on the DPI site or find it under Library Administration>Legal in the Resource Portal.
  • Northern Waters Library System shared a cheat sheet and script, also available under Library Administration>Legal in the Resource Portal. I’ve seen some great examples from our libraries, too. If you’d like to share those on the website, submit a HelpDesk ticket for Reb.

Call for proposals: Play•Make•Learn Conference

PML creates an inspirational space for preK-12 educators, designers, developers, innovators, librarians, museum professionals, makers, and researchers to tinker together, share knowledge, and celebrate one another’s work.

The Play Make Learn Conference will be held July 9-10, 2026, in Madison, WI. The deadline for proposal submissions is March 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Central Time). Proposal notifications will be sent in April 2026. Submit your proposal at go.wisc.edu/PMLsubmit.
