Oh, it is great to be back to regular posting to the blog! I go through stretches of being overwhelmed by other things and losing track of it, or feeling like I don’t have any content to share. Here’s a reminder that you can help with this! Please send me ideas, large and small, for things you are doing, thinking about, and considering related to youth services, or resources you have found to be useful. Some of my coworkers didn’t know that Crayola makes packs of multicultural markers, colored pencils, and crayons in different skin tones. It made me wonder if there were other libraries who are unaware and who would enjoy the opportunity to show that we support diversity, equality, and materials that act as a mirror for our youth without saying a word.
